Beef and Straw Mushroom stir-fry

500 grams  beef sirloin, cut into strips
½ teaspoon (3 grams) ginger, grated
½ cup (120 grams) Good Life Oyster Sauce
2Tablespoon (30 ml) soy sauce
2 Tablespoon (30 ml) Jolly Claro Palm Oil
1 piece (50 grams) onion, chopped
1 piece (60 grams) carrots, cut into strips
1 cup (200 grams) fresh bamboo shoots, sliced and blanched
1 can (400 grams) Jolly Straw Mushrooms, halved
1 can (400 grams) Jolly Young Corn Cuts
2 Tablespoon (30 grams) cornstarch dissolved in
1 cup water
1 Tablespoon (15 grams) sliced spring onions


1. Marinate beef in ginger, Good Life Oyster Sauce and soy sauce for at least 30 minutes.
2. Heat Jolly Claro Palm Oil in a pan. Sauté onion and marinated beef. Cook until meat turns brown.
3. Add carrots, bamboo shoots, Jolly Straw Mushrooms and Jolly Young Corn Cuts. Stir-fry for about 5 minutes. Pour in cornstarch mixture and cook until sauce thickens.
4. Transfer to a platter and top with spring onions before serving.

Yield: 5 - 6 servings
