INGREDIENTS:


1 ½ cups Good Life Bread Crumbs

1 ½ cups all-purpose flour

1/3 cup white sugar

1 tbsp baking powder

½ tsp ground cinnamon

1 tsp salt

2 pcs eggs

1 cup Jolly Cow Fresh Milk

1 can Jolly Whole Kernel Corn 425g

1 pack Jolly Claro Palm Oil 500ml for deep frying

 Powdered sugar for dusting
 

 DIRECTIONS:

1.   In a medium bowl, mix together flour, bread crumbs, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon and salt.
2.  In a separate bowl, beat together eggs and milk. Stir milk mixture into flour mixture until smooth. Mix in drained whole kernel corn and refrigerate for 10-15 minutes or until breadcrumbs has fully absorbed the liquid and batter has become thick.
3.  Heat oil to 375 degrees in a deep fryer.

Using a medium sized ice cream scooper scoop batter and fry fritter balls turning it occassionally until it is goldern brown. Drain on plate lined with paper towel. Arrange balls on a plate dusting it with powdered sugar before serving. Makes 20 balls.
