Italian Spaghetti with Meatballs

INGREDIENTS:

750 ml Italian Spaghetti Sauce

½ cup water

 1 recipe of Italian Meatballs

Parmesan Cheese

Salt to taste

1 kilo cooked spaghetti noodles

Simmer spaghetti sauce and water.  Drop the meatballs, do not stir for at least 5 minutes or you will risk breaking the meatballs.

Continue cooking in the simmering sauce for another 20-30 minutes stirring occasionally. Season with salt.

Arrange spaghetti noodles on a platter.  Spoon over sauce with meatballs. Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top just before serving.  Serves 8-10.

ITALIAN MEATBALLS

Ingredients:

¾  kilo ground beef

¼ kilo ground pork
1 large egg, slightly beaten
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/2 cup Good Life Breadcrumbs

2 tablespoon fresh minced garlic

2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
1/2 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

1 ½ tsp Italian seasoning

DIRECTIONS:

Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. Shape into Meatballs.
