500  grams beef sirloin, sukiyaki cut

3 Tablespoons  soy sauce

6 pieces calamansi

½ teaspoon salt

¼  teaspoon black pepper, ground

2 Tablespoons  Jolly Heart Mate Canola Oil

1 piece medium white onion, sliced

6 cloves garlic, minced

1 can (400g) Jolly Whole Mushrooms, quartered


  1. Marinate beef in soy sauce, calamansi, salt and pepper, 30 minutes before cooking.
  2. Heat Jolly Heart Mate Canola Oil in a pan then sauté onions, garlic and Jolly Mushrooms. Set it aside
  3. Saute the beef in the same pan, add marinade. Let it simmer until beef is cooked.
  4. Add back the sauteed onion, garlic and Jolly Mushrooms.
  5. Transfer in a serving dish.

Yield: 4 - 5 servings
