Jolly Mushroom Tempura

INGREDIENTS:

1 can (400grams) drained Jolly Whole Mushroom
1/2 cup flour 1 piece egg, beaten
2 cups Jolly Claro Palm Oil
180 grams Good Life Bread Crumbs Pinch of salt and pepper


SAUCE:

1/4 cup Good Life Oyster Sauce
2 tablespoon water
2 tablespoon flour
3 cloves garlic


PROCEDURE:

1. Season flour with salt and pepper
2. Dredge Jolly Whole Mushrooms in flour
3. Dip mushrooms in beaten eggs
4. Coat mushrooms with Good Life Bread Crumbs
5. Deep fry
6. For the sauce, combine all ingredients and simmer until thick
