La Paz Batchoy Noodle Soup

10 cups 
1 pc onion, quartered
1 tbsp garlic, minced
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp soy sauce
1/4 tsp crushed pepper
1/4 kilo Pork, cubed
200g Pork liver 
1 whole Chicken breast, cooked and shredded
200 g Good Life egg noodles, cooked
                      salt to taste

1 pack  chicharon, crushed
1 tbsp fried chopped garlic
1 bunch spring onions, chopped


1. Prepare Good Life Egg Noodels according to packaging. Set aside.
2. In a medium sized pot, combine pork, liver, and chicken and water. Let simmer for 20 to 25 minutes or until pork, chicken, and liver are tender. 
3. Remove meats and let it cool.
4. Slice the pork, liver, and chicken into thin strips and set aside.
5. Add to the broth the sugar, soy sauce, pepper, garlic and onion to the broth and season with salt according to taste.
6. Arrange noodles on a big bowl and pour hot stock over noodles. Top with the slicked pork, liver, and chicken. Garnish with chicharon, fried garlic and spring onions. Serves 10.
