Porkchop Italiano

INGREDIENTS:


1 kilo
porkchop
   salt to taste

2 pcs Eggs, beaten

Jolly Claro Palm Oil for frying

                                

For Italian Bread Crumbs:

1 cup Good Life Bread Crumbs

½ tsp salt

½ tsp dried parsley

½ tsp pepper

½ tsp garlic powder

¼ tsp onion powder

 

PROCEDURE

For Italian Bread Crumbs:

1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl or put in a food processor.  Blend well

Store in an air tight container.

 

For Porkchop Italiano:

1. Season porkchops with salt.  Let it stand for 10 minutes to absorb .

2. Heat oil on a frying pan.

3. Dip  porkchops on the beaten egg then to the Italian bread crumbs then fry. Turning it occasionally until porkchop is cooked or golden brown. 


Serves 6.
