6-8 pieces beef patties

2 tablespon (30 grams) butter
1 piece (50 grams) white onion, chopped
1 can (298 grams) Jolly Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 can (200 grams) Jolly Mushroom Pieces and Stems
1 tablespoon (7 grams) flour
1 tablespoon (15 ml) soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon (1 gram) salt, iodized
1/4 teaspoon (1 gram) black pepper, ground


1. Fry burger patties in a pan. Drain excess oil and arrange the fried patties on a plate. Set aside.
2. Using the same pan, over medium heat, sauté onions in butter until slightly translucent. Add Jolly Pieces and Stems and let it cook for 2 minutes.
3. Pour Jolly Cream of Mushroom Soup mix with half can of water. Season with salt and pepper.
4. Whisk in the flour and soy sauce mixture and let it simmer until thickened. Remove from heat and pour over fried patties
