Seafood Ginataan

1 kilo shrimps, shelled and deveined
Half kilo squid, cleaned and ink and heads removed, sliced
Half kilo mussels, cleaned and blanced.
1 tbsp oil
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 pc onion, chopped
1 tsp ginger, strips
2 cups gata
salt to taste
1 bunchlemon grass

400 gGood Life Premium Vermicelli

1.Soak Premium Vermicelli on water for 10 minutes, and then blanch in boiling water for 10 seconds, drain

2.Saute garlic,onion and ginger.

3.Add shrimps and squid and saute' until shrimps turn orange. Add in blanched mussels and mix. Remove from pan and set aside. 

4.Pour in gata and lemon grass. Simmer for 5 minutes stirring occasionally. Season with salt according to taste.

5.Bring back seafood onto pan with gata and simmer for 2-3 minutes more mixing well so that all the seafoods are coated with gata.
6.Arrange cooked vermicelli on a platter and pour over the ginataan.  Serve while hot.
