1 small cabbage, shredded

1 onion, chopped

1 tbsp minced garlic

1/2 cup carrots, cut into strip

1 whole chicken breast, boiled and shredded

3-4 cups chicken broth

1 stalk celery, cut into strips

2-3 tbsps fish sauce (add more according to taste)

Dash of ground pepper

2 tbsps oil

400 gms Good Life Vermicelli (sotanghon), soaked in water


1.Saute' garlic and onion in a pan. Add shredded chicken and broth and let it boil. Season with fish sauce.

2.Add carrots and celery and continue boiling for 1 minute then add shredded cabbage. Adjust seasoning according to taste and add pepper.

3.Remove sotanghon from water and add into the broth mixture and mix until sotanghon had absorbed the broth fully. Serve with toasted garlic bits on top.
