Straw Mushroom and baby corn saute

2  Tablespoons (30 ml)                 JOLLY Heart Mate Canola Oil

3 cloves (15 grams)                        garlic, crushed

½ teaspoon (2.5 grams)               ginger, grated

1 can (425g)                                       JOLLY Young Corn Cuts, drained

1 can (425g)                                       JOLLY Straw Mushroom, drained and halved

2 Tablespoon (30 ml)                     Good Life Oyster Sauce

1   teaspoon (5 grams)                   Chicken powder

1/2 teaspoon(2.5 grams)              sugar, granulated

1/4 teaspoon (1.2 grams)             salt, iodized

1/4 teaspoon (1.2 grams)             black pepper, Ground


  1. In a heated wok, sauté garlic and ginger in Jolly Heart Mate Canola oil.
  2. Add Jolly Young Corn Cuts, and sauté well then add oyster sauce, chicken powder and sugar.
  3. Tossed in the halved Jolly Straw Mushrooms.
  4. Season with salt and pepper adjust if necessary.


Yield: 4 - 5 servings
