Thai Vermicelli Salad

INGREDIENTS:

Salad:

1/2 kilo medium size shrimps, peeled and deveined

1/4 kilo squid, sliced

100 g ground pork

1/2 cup white mushroom

1/2 cup celery, cut into 1" long

1 pc onion, sliced

1 pc tomatoe, sliced

2 pcs sili, chopped (optional)

200 g Good Life Premium Vermicelli, cooked


PROCEDURE:

Dressing:

1/4 cup fish sauce

1 tbsp sugar 

1/4 cup + 1 tbsp lime juice

 

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Cook pork on a pan until brown.
  2. Soak Premium Vermicelli on water for 10 minutes, then blanch in boiling water for 10 seconds, drain.
  3. Blanch shrimp and squid in boiling water, drain.
  4. Blanch mushroom, set aside.
  5. Meanwhile, whisk together the fish sauce, sugar and lime until sugar is dissolved.  
  6. Mix all salad ingredients in a bowl.
  7. Add in dressing. Tossing it until it is mixed with all the ingredients. Serve immediately.
