Thai style mushroom and Tofu stir-fry

INGREDIENTS:

250 grams                                     Good Life Egg Noodles
200 grams                                     boneless pork, cut into cubes
1 teaspoon (5 grams)               salt
1/4 teaspoon (1.2 grams)       black pepper, ground
½ teaspoon (2.5 grams)          five-spice powder
2 Tablespoon (15 grams)        cornstarch
2 Tablespoon (30 ml)               JOLLY Claro Palm Oil
¼ cup (30 grams)                       chopped green onion
1 piece (3 grams)                        small fresh ginger, peeled and thinly sliced
5 cloves (10 grams)                   garlic, minced
3 Tablespoon (45 grams)        hoisin sauce
1 Tablespoon (15 ml)               soy sauce
1 teaspoon (5 grams)               chicken powder
1 cup (250 ml)                              water
50 grams                                        green beans, trimmed, cut diagonally
1can (425g)                                   JOLLY Straw Mushrooms, drained and halved
1 Tablespoon (15 ml)               Good Life Sesame Oil

PROCEDURE:

1. Cook egg noodles according to the packaging instruction. Do not overcook.
2. Season pork with salt, pepper, five spice powder and then lightly coat with cornstarch.
3. Heat Jolly Claro Palm Oil in a wok. Stir-fry pork, then add green onions, ginger and garlic, saute well.
4. Add hoisin sauce, soy sauce, chicken powder and water, bring to boil. Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer until pork is just tender, stirring occasionally. Add water if necessary.
5. Add green beans and Jolly Straw Mushrooms cook for a few minutes.
6. Toss in the cooked noodles into the wok, mix well. Add salt and pepper if necessary. Drizzle with sesame oil. Garnish with green onions. Yield: 4 - 5 servings
