- 2 pcs whole ripe mangoes
- 1 can Jolly Coconut Milk, 400ml
- 2 tbsp. sugar
- 1 cup tapioca pearls, cooked
- Mango cubes
- To make mango puree, place ripe mango flesh in a blender. Pulse until smooth.
- In a bowl, pour Jolly Coconut Milk and sugar. Mix until sugar is dissolved. Add mango puree and cooked tapioca pearls.
- Transfer mango mixture in serving cups. Chill until firm.
- Serve chilled, topped with ripe mango cubes.
